Magnolia Bluff & Bar (Weekend) — $800 for 3.5 hours; $100 each additional hour; 85-person capacity; must use on-site caterer & trained bartenders; closes 11:30 PM; exit by 12:00 AM.

After 6PM events require 2 police officers/sheriff’s deputies and 1 security guard. Liquor/beverage permits and $100,000insurance are required. Bar equipment (kegs/margarita machines) not included; refrigerators/ice/coolers may be used.

I understand that a $200 refundable deposit is required and that all trash must be removed, floors swept, and restrooms left in sanitary condition.

I understand that after-hours events (after 6PM) must include a minimum of two police officers or sheriff’s deputies and one security guard.

I understand that I am responsible for securing the required liquor and beverage permits and insurance coverage of at least $100,000.

I acknowledge that bar equipment like kegs and margarita machines are not included but refrigerators, ice, and coolers may be used.

I understand that The Magnolia Bluff & Bar closes at 11:30PM and the building must be vacated by 12:00AM.
